If you have a high speed internet service such as DSL or a Cable modem, you can either right-click the lesson titles and save the files on your computer or double-click and wait for the audio to get ready to listen through your computer.

If you want to burn a CD, please save the file on your computer and then burn the audio CD as normal.

These are MP3 files and the tags have been filled in so they will go to your iPod as well.
