Habakkuk is one of the minor prophets and wrote his prophecy to the inhabitants the Southern Kingdom. It is a book where Habakkuk asks God what is happening, and why He isn't doing anything about it...or so it seems to the Prophet. Chapters 1 & 2 are the prophets Complaints or questions, AND God's answers. Chapter 3 is a psalm of praise. The Southern Kingdom or Judah, is so similar to our time, except we have updated technology.
